Gwenllian Hunting-Morris
Gwenllian is a freelance musician working with choirs across London. She is an Assistant Leader with the London Youth Choirs, working closely with LYC North East aswell as providing in-school workshops. She conducts an upper voice community choir based in West London and is a member of the National Youth Choir.
After graduating from King’s College London with a BMus in Music during which she conducted the King’s College Chorus, she took up the post of harp teacher at Hampton School where she continues to introduce boys to the harp. Alongside this, she is a freelance harpist, playing for a variety of different events, in venues such as The National Portrait Gallery and Vintner’s Hall.
Gwenllian is the recipient of the Cecilia Vajda Memorial Scholarship with the British Kodály Association and is passionate about developing children’s music education programmes.
