Tilly Woodhouse

Tilly (she/her) is a programme manager specialising in creative education and participatory practice. With experience across organisations including the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and Great Ormond Street Hospital, she has led programmes that centre co-creation, inclusive design and trauma-informed practice. She holds a Master’s in Applied Theatre and has delivered complex projects spanning schools, community settings and major arts institutions. Tilly is committed to sector-leading engagement work that widens access to creativity, nurtures emerging talent, and builds meaningful, long-term relationships with participants and partners. She holds a qualification in BSL Level 3 and is interested in the sensory experience of music. Outside of work, you can catch her fell walking or cold swimming!
