Volunteer with PMF
Volunteering with Pimlico Musical Foundation is a fun way to get involved in the local area, meet new people or develop your skills. By volunteering with PMF you are helping us to achieve our mission of giving children and adults in Pimlico access to high-quality musical opportunities and experiences.
Take a look below at our current opportunities, and get in contact!
-
Volunteer with our Walking Buses!
Could you spare half an hour on a Tuesday afternoon to help children get to choir? We’re looking for volunteers to join our walking buses—collecting children from local Pimlico schools at 3:30pm and walking them safely to rehearsal at St Gabriel’s Church. You’ll be finished by 4pm!
It’s a fun and rewarding way to get to know the children, and we simply couldn’t run our choir without our brilliant volunteers. By helping out, you’ll be removing barriers to access for children who might not otherwise be able to attend.
Times: 3.30-4.00pm
Volunteers will be required to have a DBS (which PMF can apply for)

Volunteer with our leafleting crew!
Do you have a few spare ours to make a difference in the community? Join our leafleting crew! This is your opportunity to make a big impact with just a couple of hours every few months.
We are looking for volunteers to help distribute leaflets and posters in the Pimlico area. Our two termly drives involve:
Bringing children and adults onto our music programmes.
Getting the community together to share the joys of music at our termly concerts.
This is rewarding way to make a difference in the Pimlico community. Without this help, PMF wouldn’t be able to reach diverse audiences with musical experiences in Pimlico area.
